LACE Partners has appointed Emma Leonis as HR Transformation Director, as LACE continues its journey to become a market leading and innovative change and transformation company.
Emma Leonis brings over 10 years’ experience and knowledge of the HR transformation industry, joining LACE from Deloitte. Working with clients from across many industries, she has led global, large scale and complex change programmes to optimize how organisations deliver HR services and redefine the employee experience.
Emma’s areas of specialism include the design and implementation of HR target operating models, organizational structures and shared services. Emma was shortlisted for HR Consultant of the year in 2015 by the Management Consulting Association (MCA).
