Articulating the purpose of HR is at the heart of my work. Coupling this with pragmatic and simple execution, sums up my approach to HR Transformation.
As a former HR Transformation Partner at both Accenture and Deloitte, I am known for my ability to deliver and execute complex and challenging projects with global clients in multiple sectors. This experience of significant HR change, typically coupled with technology implementation programmes, has driven a passion for successful technology adoption.
I am passionate about the profession of HR, and as such I like to speak on the topic of HR Change and I am active in the Guild of HR. In recent years, as well as working on projects to embed systemic change in HR, Finance and Sales teams, I have become a regular speaker on my main passion, Technology Adoption and Behavioural Change.
