Experience

Deb has over 30 years’ experience working in the financial sector both leading and developing teams in the UK and overseas. Her early career saw her transitioning from a Head of Unit Trust dealing role to that of an HR and Operations Director taking that business and its employees successfully through the early stages and complexities of its transitional change.

Prior to working for LACE, Deb has worked as an Office Manager for many of the Big Four accountancy firms including PwC, KPMG and Arthur Andersen and in project roles working on complex IT infrastructure change. Her last role saw her managing a specialist technical IT team following their involvement in one of the organisations largest and most successful transformational IT infrastructure projects.

In 2015 she was appointed a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD having graduated with an advanced diploma in Human Resource Management.
