Jess Herniman, Manager

Jess joined LACE in April 2019 as part of the HR Transformation Practice. Jess previously had 3+ years’ experience working specifically on HR Technology implementations where she worked on a range of different roles. Her expertise is in designing Workday HR processes, change and communications and PMO.

With a real interest in people and how the impact they have on organisation’s, Jess is currently studying for her CIPD level 5 and bringing her prior HR project experience to help deliver solutions for clients and build the HR Transformation Practice area at LACE.

Jess spends her free time trying out all the different fitness classes over London or at a restaurant with a cheeky glass of wine. Jess is also an avid West Ham fan and is extremely competitive when it comes to fantasy football…
