Kyra is a Change Management consultant with a unique hybrid blend of academic and practitioner expertise incorporating more than 20-years of experience in communicating, planning and implementing transformational change. Kyra commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) in 1995 and served as an Officer in the Intelligence Corps and within the Special Forces Group until 2011, when she retired from military service and became a professional change consultant. Her first role was change lead for the central government London 2012 Olympic Games contingency, response and security programme. Her experience includes building, managing and leading successful teams. Kyra has delivered complex cultural change programmes, which have included multi-site department mergers and both legal and compliance changes. She is particularly skilled at delivering new ways of working when combined with new technologies. Kyra brings her background in psychology, leadership and analysis to every project. In addition she brings a wealth of experience from working with and managing Tier One consultancy teams both as a Programme and Change Manager.
As a PROSCI (ADKAR) practitioner Kyra can provide direct support to project teams, develop managerial sponsorship and educate employees along the change journey. She has a proven ability to maintain momentum, align leadership and management and inspire teams across: culture, function and geography.

Kyra has worked with several Director Generals and CEOs advising on business change strategy, translation, planning and adoption. She has led programmes and delivered change across central government agencies for more than ten years including: Joint Terrorist Analysis Centre; Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), Home Office, Foreign Office and Ministry of Defence. Kyra left the public sector to join Nuffield Health as Head of Business Change and most recently joined LACE Partners as an associate to work with Yoox Net-a-Porter.
