Mark has over 25 years experience in large scale technology driven transformational programmes in HR. Mark started his career at BAE SYSTEMS holding several technically specialist roles where he gained his pragmatic, technical and process driven approach to business.
Mark has been fortunate to have worked on some very significant HR transformational programmes for companies including BAE Systems, Capita, Marks and Spencer and Xchanging (now HP Enterprise) and more recently with YOOX Net-A-Porter implementing a global Workday rollout and subsequently acting as their interim HR Operating Officer.
Mark has a BSc Honours in Computing with Electronics, Certificate in Management from Lancaster University and HNCs in Computer Aided Engineering and Mechanical & Production Engineering. All of which were obtained through day release and night school whilst working full time at BAE SYSTEMS. Key skills include target operating models, service delivery design, business case development, HR operations, payroll, CRMs, technology design and implementations, technology change adoption, outsourcing, HRIS and post go live support.
