Paula joined LACE Partners in 2018 working on HR process reviews, shared services and case management. She specialises in HR Shared Services and transformation.
She has worked with organisations from initial HR assessment through transformation, transition and HR operational run. She has defined and implemented HR Shared Services both internally and within the outsource context.
Paula was the lead HR solution architect for two organisations undergoing HR transformation and for one of these subsequently led the transition and go-live for several countries involving multiple offshore locations. She has been involved with operational improvements both in terms of service management and process improvements.
Paula spent 3 years working for Accenture HR Services where she gained in-depth knowledge of HR processes and Shared Services Operations. She led the offshore strategy and roll out and the organisation framework of the offshore service centre. Paula also implemented the service management framework within the Resourcing Service Line.
Paula’s cross industry experience in global process design has involved re-engineering core processes to improve efficiency and customer service. Working closely with the Technology and Change workstreams, she has been involved in user acceptance testing and implementing training and communication programmes to ensure that the process / systems are embraced.
