Experience

Pip joined LACE in 2016 after moving to London from New Zealand. In New Zealand, Pip spent seven years in the Financial Services Industry where she gained experience managing numerous change & on-boarding projects, designing & optimising processes, and redesigning risk & customer experience frameworks as well as performance coaching.

During her time at LACE, Pip has worked on a number of projects, most of which have been centred within the HR technology stream. These have included numerous technology implementations, vendor selection, and Workday optimisation. Being part of the tech team, Pip works closely with LACE’s potential and existing technology partners such as emoquo.

Pip loves travelling to new places and trying the local cuisine. Her favourite locations have plenty of sunshine and water to swim in. Pip enjoys setting fitness goals (either by herself or with others) such as training for a half marathon or completing 100 runs in a year.
