Pip joined LACE in 2016 after moving to London from New Zealand. In New Zealand, Pip spent seven years in the Financial Services Industry where she gained experience managing change projects, optimising processes to drive efficiency and designing quality assurance frameworks to reduce risk.
During her time at LACE, Pip has predominately worked on projects to support and advise our clients on HR technology. These have included developing strategic roadmaps for HR technology, selecting technology vendors to best meet client needs, implementing & adopting new technology and optimising existing processes. Being part of the tech team, Pip works closely with LACE’s potential and existing technology partners such as emoquo.
Pip enjoys running, cooking and visiting new places across the UK and Europe. Her ideal holiday is at the beach with lots of sun, swimming and seafood!
