Working with LACE, Pip’s project involvement has focused on supporting clients to identify best-fit HR system solutions and implementing Workday as a global people management tool.

Key responsibilities have included: requirements gathering, project planning, test management, cutover planning, process design and stakeholder/vendor engagement. Pip works closely with our partnered tech company emoquo (digital coaching) to manage the implementation of their application into new businesses.

Prior to LACE, Pip gained over 7 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. This included managing numerous change and on-boarding projects, process creation & optimisation, performance coaching, redesigning risk & customer experience frameworks, identifying business improvement insights and recommending effective solutions to senior stakeholders.
