HR Technology Adoption
Thomas Joined LACE Partners in 2021 as a Senior Manager focused on change management and adoption. He is enthusiastic about helping clients to adopt change and transform their service offering enabled by cloud technology. He has led change on substantial people, process, and technology transformations across various industries primarily focused on HR.
Thomas managed change in over 14 HR systems implementations and focusses heavily on ensuring employee readiness and, post-go-live creating high levels of adoption. He believes the most successful change programmes hinge on building clear organisational commitment and ownership of change at every level achieved by leadership engagement, change networks and a solid change vision.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and mountain biking.
