Nadia joined LACE Partners in 2019 as a Manager in the Adoption practice. Prior to LACE, Nadia is an experienced Global HR & Talent Acquisition Professional. Her background has been HR & Recruitment roles in regions such as APAC, Middles East, UK and the US, for varying industries including financial services, technology, telco and retail. This has built a solid foundation and appreciation for standardisation and simplification of processes and tech opportunities that can support this. Here at LACE, Nadia supports our clients with achieving successful people adoption to their change initiatives. Using her relationship building and stakeholder management skills. She has in more recent years performed Change and Adoption lead roles, delivering People and Technology change projects to global and highly regulated businesses.
