Belen Arregui, Manager

Belen joined LACE Partners in October 2022 as a Manager.

Prior to LACE Partners, Belen worked in in-house HR roles where she gained knowledge of all aspects of the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on reward, employee engagement, organisation design, and performance management.

Belen has successfully delivered HR transformation programmes across a broad range of sectors and geographies. She has experience working with global organisations in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

In her free time, Belen loves reading, long walks and travelling!
