LACE Partners believes in responsible business practices, understanding the importance of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. We are committed to assessing our impact on society, the economy and the environment to maintain a successful and ethical business.
Our goal is to seamlessly integrate ESG considerations into our core business, aiming to positively contribute to the community and the environment. We prioritise ethical business practices that benefit stakeholders, including employees, clients and the broader community.
For more details on our social values, please visit our Social value statement.
We are dedicated to transparency in our ESG initiatives, regularly updating our progress, challenges and successes in our CSR forum, established in 2019. This forum supports causes we care about and develops initiatives for our local community. We continually assess and improve our sustainability practices, actively seeking feedback from employees, clients and stakeholders to ensure responsible and ethical business conduct.
Community
Connecting with and supporting communities local to our London office and further afield, projecting the values of our team and organisation. Our mission is to actively care and elevate others.
Diversity and Inclusion
We are committed to fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment in our diverse team and carry this with us to our clients. Our CSR team actively provides opportunities to learn, celebrate diversity and include all.
Sustainability
We are passionate about caring for the planet we live in and actively promote a culture of environmental responsibility on both a corporate and individual level.
The charities LACE will support this year are:

The Passage
The mission of The Passage is to prevent homelessness by intervening quickly before people reach crisis point, to end street homelessness by providing innovative and tailor-maid services that act with compassion and urgency and to advocate for those who they feel are not heard, amplifying their voice to bring about real systemic change.

UK Charity for Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation aims to provide a credible source for triple negative breast cancer information, a catalyst for science and patient advocacy and a caring community with meaningful services for patients and their families.

One Billion Trees
This initiative focuses on combating deforestation and climate change by planting one billion trees globally, restoring biodiversity, and supporting ecosystems. They provide hands-on agroforestry training and resources to farming communities. By embracing sustainable land practices, farmers reclaim their agency.
