Sara has a strong emphasis on ensuring successful delivery around HR Transformation and payroll across multiple markets and organisations of differing sizes. Always looking to anticipate challenges through forward thinking and responsiveness. Her aim is to improve service delivery, whether it be through system, process or people; building a strong client relationship and influencing stakeholders through facts, consequences and a solution-based approach.
Sara is passionate about raising the profile of the payroll function within organisations and helping them to build out solid foundations, ensuring an improved service delivery inclusive of quality, accuracy, productivity and employee experience.
In Sara’s spare time, she enjoys sailing and gardening, some great walks in her local area, and finishing off with a nice glass of Malbec.
