Dawid has a proven track record of success in various in-house HR roles, including HRIS implementation, shared services, target operating models, and process optimisation. He is skilled in all aspects of the HR function, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.
He has experience working with global organisations of various sizes with project delivery spanning EU, APAC, Africa and Americas regions. Dawid has an excellent understanding of and interest in Digitalised HR and TOM/Shared Services and experience in delivering complex technological projects.
In his spare time, Dawid enjoys spending time with friends, travelling and continuously enhancing his knowledge.
