Areej Abutaleb, Consultant
Areej joined LACE Partners as a Consultant in September 2023.
Areej holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Neuroscience, providing her with profound insights into human behaviour and the importance of positioning people as playing an integral role in driving organisational success.
Since graduating, her career into HR kickstarted through an internship at KPMG within their People & Culture function. Following this, she moved to a full-time role into Talent Acquisition, and then Employee Experience, where she gained skills in talent enablement, employee engagement, and project management.
Outside of work, Areej loves spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts, and travelling to places with lots of sunshine!
