Aaron Alburey, Founder
Aaron setup LACE partners with Cathy Acratopulo in November 2014. Previously having worked as a HR Transformation Partner in both Accenture and then Deloitte, Aaron’s passion has always been around the enablement of HR and the delivery of HR technologies to improve employee engagement and productivity. A Fellow of the CIPD, and Warden in the court of the Guild of HR professionals, Aaron is a passionate believer and regular speaker on the on-going development of the HR Profession.
Aaron has four children who not only form a large part of his life but also make us the name of the company, Lauren Alex Caleb and Eve. His background in engineering has led to a geeky love of sci-fi, Marvel and Doctor Who, which he balances with indoor bouldering and running.
