Aaron Lynch, Senior Consultant
Aaron joined LACE’s Transformation team as a Senior Consultant in May 2021 with a background in Business Analysis and Project Management.
Aaron’s strengths lie in eliciting and understanding the requirements of a client to achieve their desired end state, documenting technical solutions and working with a dedicated project team to deliver these.
He has worked on and overseen multiple digital transformation projects relating to process automation, software development and tech integration utilising a scrum/agile framework, predominantly for large digital wealth managers including Nutmeg and Bestinvest.
Outside of work, Aaron loves books and podcasts on history, long slow-paced bike rides and sunshine.
