Aligning stakeholders for HR transformation success

Without stakeholder alignment, your HR transformation project is highly likely to fail. However, it’s also one of the most challenging aspects of the project to manage.

During this panel discussion, we’ll be looking at the crucial role played by advocates and influencers in driving HR change across all levels of the organisation.

Attendees can expect an honest, real-world conversation with actionable takeaways, followed by an opportunity to network with peers.

This is not just an event for CPOs—if you’re a senior leader advocating for HR and payroll change, you’ll find valuable perspectives on how to gain support, manage expectations, and ensure your projects succeed.

  • Are you currently leading or involved in an HR transformation project within your organisation?
  • Do you play a role in advocating for change and managing stakeholder relationships at a senior leadership level?
  • Would you benefit from hearing real-world experiences and practical advice on aligning stakeholders and driving successful HR transformation initiatives?

If so, join us for a candid and engaging panel discussion on aligning stakeholders to achieve successful HR transformation.

During this exclusive event, senior leaders with experience at some of the world’s largest organisations will share their personal experiences and insights on navigating stakeholder alignment during organisational transformations.

What you’ll learn:
