An HR revolution: The era of people-empowerment

For this webinar we were joined by Advisor Plus and the Empowering People Group for a dynamic discussion about people-first strategies.

Many organisations believe they are putting their people first when designing their HR strategies but we challenge some common misconceptions – and also look at how in a post pandemic world HR can now be positioned as at the heart of business success.

Watch the recording to learn:

  • What a successful people-empowered business transformation looks like
  • How organisations can empower managers to nurture the emotional commitment employees have with the organisation
  • How implementing contemporary policies can engage your workforce
  • How other organisations are putting technology to work where it enables people to be more human
