Skills strategy workshop: Workday powered by LACE Partners

Supercharge your skills approaches by attending our upcoming skills strategy workshop, in partnership with the team at Workday.

On Wednesday 20th November we will be running this interactive session at the LACE Partners offices to arm senior talent and people professionals with the tools they need to understand how they can leverage skills to boost business success.

Are you keen to:

  • Learn which skills approaches are best for your organisation?
  • Get a ‘problem first’ mentality to skills, with a clear idea of what good looks like?
  • Cut through the hype and understand the practical benefits and considerations?

If so you’re in the right place. Whether you’re at the beginning of your skills journey or looking to understand how to get the results you want from your current set up, join us for a practical overview and lively discussion amongst peers.

In this session you can expect to come away with a clear idea of the different skills approaches and the contexts they work best in. We will also cover how to identify and prioritise skills gaps within your organisation and how to use this information to create a robust talent and skills strategy for FY2025 and beyond.

This skills strategy workshop is part of our Becoming Skills-Powered campaign, where we will be unpacking the BIG questions on the market about the shift from jobs to skills.
