SD Worx have recently released their Payroll proficiency index for 2022 (link to the report below) and to run through some of the key findings, Chris Kirby from our Payroll Team joined a host of expert speakers to talk through some of the key findings.

Chris joined LACE Partners in 2021 as a Senior Manager in our HR Transformation team, specifically heading up our Payroll offering. His passions are Payroll and Change and he has worked in both senior operational roles (Global lead for Barclays) and as a consultant (easyJet, Barclays, Colt Technology) in both owning/receiving and executing global change. He has worked with a vast array of Payroll solutions and providers across c50 countries, in the set up and maturing of Shared Services, and on many HR Transformation programs covering the wider HR landscape. Chris loves spending time with family friends and is also an Ultramarathon runner in his spare time.
Nick is an award-winning executive Payroll & HR Search Consultant and Founder of JGA Recruitment Group, a niche Payroll & HR Recruitment and Executive Search Firm that supports clients across the UK & EMEA with challenging requisition requirements.
Jan is a seasoned HR consultant and senior researcher at SDWorx and the University of Antwerp. He consults our clients on “future of work”, occasionally teaches and is a well-known speaker on the topic. He co-ordinates the research on “Next Generation Work” conducted by Prof Dr. Ans De Vos in the partnership with Antwerp management School.
Simon has been a major contributor to SD Worx’s payroll expertise since 1984. Besides being influential in the development of SD Worx’s payroll services, he is a major presence on a number of HMRC consultative groups and committees.
