Georgina joined LACE as a Manager in May 2023, having previously worked on HR transformation programmes within the telecommunications sector.
Georgina has had experience across a variety of HR roles including Reward, People Relations, Talent and Engagement, and since moving into HR Transformation, has focused on creating and implementing market-leading People Experience initiatives.
Outside of work, Georgina is a fan of board games and escape rooms… a problem solver even outside of work!
