For organisations to survive in our modern world, having a corporate culture that is authentically inclusive is imperative. Equitable and inclusive organisations foster diversity, bringing in multiple perspectives and ways of thinking to drive innovation. The events of 2020 saw a marked rise in demand from both employers and employees to effectively progress their diversity, equity and inclusion journeys (DE&I) ensuring growth and success while supporting the crucial agenda of becoming socially responsible businesses.
At LACE Partners we run internal campaigns to champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace and we’ve spoken about the work that we do as a team to increase our understanding, through some of our initiatives like the activities we undertook through National Inclusion Week, listening to the stories of peers or through learning about the rise of DE&I in learning technologies (you can also listen to the podcast here).
We’ve seen a rise in demand from most of the organisations that we work with at LACE Partners and it is because of that, we are delighted to announce a new strategic partnership with a specialist diversity consultancy – The Clear Company – that will enable us to help champion this important and significant part of an organisations people strategy.
Through this strategic partnership we will be able to deliver an enhanced service to the organisations we work with as we continue to support their HR transformation efforts. We’ll be working closely with The Clear Company to develop an offering that will allow HR teams to cover this important agenda as part of their overall plans and in addition to that offering, we’ll be driving more thought-provoking content – blogs, thoughts leadership, podcasts, videos, etc – to you as part of the existing programme of latest strategic thinking that we deliver every week.
Speaking of the partnership Aaron Alburey our Co-Founder and Managing Director said “The DE&I agenda may have been an important top of conversation in many businesses for many years now, but what we are seeing now is more and more organisations taking action and looking to be held accountable. We are seeing businesses the recognise the link between an effective DE&I strategy and the productivity it brings for them. Therefore it was a natural fit for us to work with The Clear Company and I’m excited to see what this partnership could bring.”
Kate Headley, Director and Founder at The Clear Company, said “ “At the Clear Company our vision is to make DE&I best practise available to businesses of all types and sizes, global and SME alike and we have a track record of thought leadership and innovation that enables our clients to achieve authentic change across the employee lifecycle. We’re delighted to be partnering with LACE, we have many shared values and look forward to the potential of working together.”
