Abi East, Interim People Lead
Abi began her career as a graduate HR trainee at Accenture, where she held a number of in-house roles before moving to the client-facing Human Performance practice. After almost a decade with Accenture, Abi moved to Hay Group where she was the UK HR Director for 4 years. Since then Abi has been an independent consultant, helping her clients address a wide variety of people challenges and undertaking senior HR and talent roles across many industries (professional services, FMCG, travel, retail, financial services, insurance, housing, entertainment, education, property and electronics as well as the not-for-profit sector).
Having worked with LACE as an Associate on a number of projects, Abi is delighted to join LACE as their Interim People Lead, bringing together her consultancy and in-house experience.
