Adrian has a track record of delivering projects across all aspects of the business model and is experienced in leading cross functional teams to deliver change in complex people, process and system environments for many top tier businesses. 

With a focus on helping organisations to resolve their payroll problems he has worked on strategic development, system implementation and process improvement/optimisation for UK and Global payroll clients such as DHL, Argos, Moody’s and Greene King.
