Alex Oliver, Senior Consultant
Alex joined LACE Partners in September 2022 as a Consultant.
Alex graduated from the University of Bath in 2017 with a BSc in Social Sciences. Alex has spent the last 5 years at Goodwood, progressing from Planner to Operations Manager, specialising in the operational design and delivery of international sporting events.
During this period, Alex also managed the event staffing and volunteer programmes gaining a generalist knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee experience and payroll.
With a background in Project and Change Management, Alex has also worked on technology implementations from requirement scoping through to post-go-live support.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys books and podcasts on politics, long walks (preferably with a pub lunch) and travelling to explore warmer climates!
