Chiara Camerada, Senior Manager

Chiara joined LACE in 2019 to be part of the HR Transformation Practice. Chiara previously worked in the HR Operations team at Pearson, where she was responsible for vendor management, continuous improvement and driving adoption of new ways of working.

Specialising in operational excellence, transformation and tech deployment projects, Chiara’s experience also includes operations and HR administration management for two major retailers; Burberry and Apple.

Chiara loves going to art exhibitions, doing yoga or nipping around on her Triumph motorcycle. She is also a bit of a geek, so you can ask her anything about science-fiction and Star Wars, she’d be happy to chat!
