Colin Goodwin, Director
Colin joined LACE as a Director in 2022, previously working in professional services for most of the last 30 years and specialised in the delivery of HR and Payroll projects for over 20 years.
He has experience working with global organisations with project delivery in over 70 countries in EU, APAC, Africa and Americas, as well as UK Public Sector. Colin has a deep understanding of and interest in HR Technology, and experience in delivering on-premise and SaaS HRIS, WorkForce Management, WorkForce Analytic, Talent and Skills Management from a number of leading vendors.
Colin was awarded an MSc with Merit in Project Management from the University of Salford, in November 2021 which he undertook alongside a Digitalisation Lead role at a global manufacturing company.
