David Pacifico, Executive Director
David joined LACE in 2022 as a Client Executive Director focussed on partnering with our clients to drive growth and productivity through the implementation of innovative talents strategies, digital talent solutions and broader learning and skills transformation.
David embraces innovation and digital solutions but firmly believes that behavioural change and adoption is the key to long term success. He partners with clients to co-create solutions which are realistic and focussed on measurable business outcomes.
Prior to LACE Partners, David spent 20+ years in undertaking a diverse range of global HR, Digital and Talent leadership roles within FTSE 100 companies (AstraZeneca, GSK, and Thomson Reuters), Big Four consultancies (PwC Australia, EY), and the Silicon Valley EdTech company (Degreed). During his career, he has worked on behalf of 55+ organisations across all industry sectors to deliver impactful change.
Whilst David is now based near London, he spent nearly 10 years living and working in Australia, the USA and has a keen passion for travelling having visited 60 countries. Nowadays, David is focussed on family life along with being an avid fan of Lego, photography, the Beatles and cooking up something special in the kitchen.
