Debbie has developed a strong portfolio of generalist people practice, and specialist experience in organisation design and development, capability and leadership growth, employee engagement, performance management and change.
She facilitates leadership development programmes for high-potential and emerging leaders and graduates and coach clients from new to experienced business leaders.
Debbie is genuinely passionate about connecting people strategy and outcomes to driving business growth and demonstrating the value that HR teams can offer to a business and to its people.
