Emma Leonis-Hughes, Client Executive Director
Emma is a seasoned HR transformation specialist. During her career, she has led some of the largest global HR change programmes with clients across the Private Sector and Financial Services, focusing on optimising HR service delivery and enhancing the employee experience.
Emma spent over 10 years at Deloitte before joining LACE Partners in early 2018 as Executive Director of HR Transformation. She is passionate about HR and challenging, inspiring and motivating HR leaders to achieve more. She leads LACE’s thought leadership into the future of HR service delivery and operating models, with recent reports including ‘The Future of HR Shared Services: Becoming People Experience and Solutions Experts’ and ‘HR on the Offensive’.
