Emma Wadsworth, Consultant

Emma joined LACE Partners in April 2021.

Emma graduated from University in the summer of 2020 with a 1st class degree in Business and Human Resource Management. As part of her degree, she completed a placement year at a large international Retailer undertaking numerous rotations throughout the HR function. Emma was then appointed into an Employee Relations role where she was exposed to large scale policy change programmes and transformational projects.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys long walks and baking.
