Emma Taylor, Sales Director

Emma joined LACE in September 2021 as Sales Executive Director, responsible for Sales, Partnerships and Account Management across the LACE offerings.  She brings 20 years of complex sales experience within the HR marketplace.  Emma is passionate about developing people and helping them to be the best they can be, client focussed and solution orientated Emma has experience across all industries and many different sizes of organisation. 

Skilled in Sales Leadership and driving sales excellence Emma spent 9 years at ADP and 2 years at Oracle holding Account Director, Private Equity Practice Manager and Sales Leadership roles both domestically and globally. 

Emma lives in Derbyshire with her family including two children, two dogs and a tortoise.  She is a hot yoga enthusiast, enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling and is happiest on a beach.
