Ffion joined LACE’s Transformation team as a Manager. Background in operational HR (IBM and Vodafone) across workforce planning, employee relations and organisational effectiveness.  

Consulting experience in global end-to-end HR transformations applying cloud technologies (SuccessFactors & Workday), rethinking processes, designing new operating models all with a focus on employee experience.  

Proud advocate of design thinking methodologies and agile approaches. Worked across multiple industries including Public, Technology, Telecomms and Industrial Products.  

USP is her ability to understand a HR functions key priorities and apply technology driven solutions to elevate the HR function.
