James McLintic, Client Executive Director
James joined Lace Partners in 2021 as a Director to focus on client delivery.
James brings over 20 years’ experience working in technology enabled HR transformation and change programmes spanning numerous industry sectors including financial services, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and the public sector.
Prior to Lace, James worked as an independent consultant and a Director at EY helping organisations develop HR and workforce strategy through to establishing new practices to improve operational delivery. James has led numerous client and consulting teams having previously introduced process frameworks, shared services, payroll outsourcing, ERP and SaaS implementations, operating models, organisation design and managing people transition exercises.
James is passionate about organisations and teams working with a clear purpose; developing people; embracing technology for the better and delivering change in a simple and pragmatic way.
James is married with two children who keep him pretty busy but when he gets a moment he loves comedy from all eras; cars; running to see the great outdoors but also to help offset his love for good food and wine.
