After spending over 20 years in highly creative environments and collaborating with acclaimed names in the design landscape, she has grown expertise in content management and developing inspirational, educational and informative digital strategies. Devoted to putting the customer at the centre of what she does, Jenny has cultivated an understanding of the internal and external processes affecting the customer’s journey and the overall customer experience. An enthusiastic learner, she is developing new skills in Digital Learning Design to support people’s development through training strategies.
Jenny loves cats, botanical illustration, travel literature, and painting and is conscious of animal welfare and environmental issues.
