Martina Salander, Manager

Martina joined LACE Partners in August 2022 as a Manager with a focus on employee experience.  

Prior to LACE Partners, Martina worked in in-house HR roles where she gained knowledge of all aspects of the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on onboarding, L&D and overall employee engagement.  

Martina is passionate about working with organisations to help them understand their employee experience gaps and designing powerful, positive experiences to increase productivity and retention. 

Outside of work, Martina is happiest when she gets to spend time with family and friends. She loves to travel (33 countries and counting), staying active and cooking.
