Nancy Allen, Senior Manager
Nancy joined LACE in 2022 as a Manager focused on growing our People Analytics practice. She specialises in building people analytics functions and teams from the ground up and helping organisations broaden their analytics offering from reporting to insight.
She has worked in-house in a range of operational roles and sectors (technology, financial regulation, public sector, media) focusing on the design and delivery of analytics strategies, strengthening data capability across the people function and data governance both in BAU and HR Transformation environments.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys good food and wine, reading, spending time with friends and walking her dog.
