Nick Read, Partnership Director
Nick joined LACE as the Partnership Director in May 2023 with 17 years’ experience working in different areas of the HR industry.
Throughout his career Nick has been responsible for partnerships, marketing, account management, pricing strategies and the whole sales cycle for successful large corporate accounts including multi-million-pound wins. He has a strong customer focus, with honed listening and communication skills, which allows him to build effective relationships with partners, clients and internal stakeholders at every level of an organisation.
Outside of work, Nick loves to spend time with his family and is a proud father of two young daughters. He also loves football and is a lifelong (suffering) Spurs fan.
