Rebecca Addison, Senior Manager

Rebecca joined LACE Partners in July 2021 as a Manager in our HR Technology team.

Rebecca’s experience lies in project and programme management for large technology implementations, with a specialism in HRIS systems.

Rebecca is experienced at the full life cycle of HRIS technology implementation from requirement building through vendor selection, implementation and change management through to post go-live support.

Rebecca has been led a number of key implementations across the charity and public sector, including implementations of Cornerstone and Oracle.

Rebecca is a keen runner and is currently training for the London Marathon. When she is not training, she loves to spend time in the company of family and friends and where time allows, relaxing with a good book.
