With almost 20 years of HR experience Steph has a passion for fostering positive cultures and exceptional employee experiences. She enjoys aligning HR/People strategies with business goals and driving growth. Stephs expertise includes employee experience, engagement, organisational design, talent planning, and strategy.
Steph has also worked across various industries including the British Army, Retail, Education and Finance. In her last role as Head of People Services she led multiple teams and successfully implemented a Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, improved engagement levels, and led transformation programs.
When her six- and four-year-old are not demanding her time she enjoys baking, gardening, and binge-watching TV series.
