Tiffany Nayler, Senior Consultant
Tiffany joined LACE Partners in July 2023 as a Consultant.
Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in international management and a master’s degree in human resources and organisations, through which she obtained her associate CIPD (lvl. 7) qualification. She is driven by discovering how individuals experience the workplace and how their day-to-day processes work.
She has previous experience in HR operations and system implementation where she developed business analysis and continuous improvement skills. She loves getting to know new stakeholders, getting under the skin of the challenges they face and accompanying them in finding suitable solutions.
Outside of work, Tiff enjoys cooking, baking, and a good night out!
