Tim Ringo, Chartered FCIPD, is an award-winning author, speaker and executive board advisor on the topics of human resources and human capital transformation.
Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the HR consulting and HR software industry. He is a former senior executive in Accenture, IBM and SAP where he architected and led some of the largest and most successful HR change programs for clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
His background and expertise in HR transformation gives him a unique perspective on how engaged people harnessing smart technology transforms the workplace which he provides to organisations in his books, workshops and speeches as Founder and Managing Director of the digital HR advisory firm TimRingoDOTcom.

In May 2021, Tim’s latest book, Solving the Productivity Puzzle was named Category Winner in HR & Management Category, by the Business Book Awards. He was also named “Most Outstanding HR Consultant & Conference Speaker 2021 – UK” by Corporate Vision Magazine.
