Tricia Conway, Senior Manager
Tricia joined LACE Partners in June 2024 after working at PwC, specialising in Global Payroll Strategy and Operating Models for clients across various sectors. She has also held pre-sales, commercial and product marketing roles at a Tier 1 UK Payroll Software provider. Tricia has also delivered on implementation projects for Payroll, HR, T&A and benefits.
Tricia is passionate about driving efficiencies and identifying optimisation opportunities through the execution of Payroll Transformation initiatives.
Outside of work, Tricia has been an IPP Education Tutor for the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management for 12 years. She’s also kept busy by an active household so very much enjoys travelling, with the family, when time allows.
