Liz Sanders, Client Executive Director
Liz joined LACE Partners in 2021 as a Client Executive Director, taking responsibility for expanding the firm’s client base and offerings in human capital advisory, HR transformation, and change management. With her, she brings a wealth of experiences helping many globally FTSE 250 businesses navigate their path in reinventing their HR capabilities, bring new employee experiences to the forefront and embarking on digital transformations. Her recent engagements, whilst at consultancy firm Accenture, include navigating consumer goods and life science clients through their complex global HR Transformation journeys to meet their vision and outcomes, bringing her experiences, practical mindset, and her desire for innovation to enable a different way of working and consumer-grade experiences to the workforce.
Liz is passionate about unlocking people’s potential both with LACE and for our clients and dedicates time and energy in their growth and capability. She seeks out opportunities for our clients to drive an employee centred mindset within their organisations, truly unlocking the value of their digital estate and support the ever-growing needs and challenges of their people.
Prior to her stint in HR consulting, Liz spent her early years with lakeside views in Vevey, Switzerland at Nestle acting as a catalyst for their 10-year business transformation, championing the people agenda and sparking the digital learning experience across their European business.
Liz now lives in London but likes to spend much of her free time with her family and friends in the countryside, taking long walks with her puppy Molly and frequenting local pubs to sample the delicious food and wine. She loves to travel, enjoying the many delights of our European cities, as well as experiencing crazy moments on mopeds all around Asia.
