In September 2023 we ranked as one of the UK's Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™️ - Small & Medium category.

In July 2023 we were recognised as being one of the top small employers for women in the Great Place to Work Awards, securing the 12th place.

In 2023 we were delighted that our podcast - HR on the Offensive - was featured by HR Technology Advice as one of the 'top ten HR podcasts to listen to in a hurry'.

In 2022 we were once again awarded with 'Great Place to Work' status following a survey of employees and a 'Culture Audit' assessing our engagement with our employees. This award spans both 2022 and 2023.

In July 2022, LACE Partners was recognised as a Great Place to Work for Women in the Small Organisations category, finishing 14th in the UK. We're proud of this recognition and our commitment to creating an inclusive, enjoyable environment for our team.

In 2021 we were delighted to be recognised as a 'Great Place to Work' following a survey of employees and a 'Culture Audit' assessing our engagement with our employees. This award spans both 2021 and 2022.

LACE Partners qualified for the FSQS supplier qualification system in January 2020 and continues to qualify through 2024. FSQS is a recognised system for the financial services sector, providing a standardised method for managing supplier compliance information as regulatory demands grow more complex.

Cyber Essentials is a UK government information assurance scheme operated by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) that encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security. LACE Partners obtained Cyber Essentials certification in April 2019 and continues to be certified into 2024.

In 2022 LACE Partners received our EcoVadis Scorecard and were awarded a bronze medal certification, placing us amongst the top 50% of organisations dedicated to the sustainability initiative. Globally EcoVadis reviews over 90,000 companies based on 21 categories of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

The UK Government G-Cloud is an initiative targeted at easing procurement by public-sector bodies in departments of the United Kingdom Government of commodity information technology services that use cloud computing. LACE Partners have been registered on G-Cloud since June 2019.

The Lotus Awards are a unique concept recognising great workplaces by celebrating what makes them unique. This year saw nearly 300 entries for Culture and Sustainability and we are delighted to be amongst the winners for 2018!

We were thrilled to win in three out of four categories at the UK Business Awards, including a gold in the SME B2B category! We also received two silver prizes in the Best Place to Work and Disruptive Business Model categories.

We were nominated a massive five times for the Happiest Team award and found ourselves commended in what was a very strong category against a total of 120 entrants!
