Meet the speakers:
Chris Horton | Director, LACE Partners

Chris joined LACE Partners in April 2021 as a director. He previously worked in both industry (Vodafone, Visa Europe, BP) and management consulting (Accenture). His experience brings together his two passions - people and technology, and how to get the best out of both. He has experience implementing Workday, SAP On –premise, and SuccessFactors and with setting up Shared Services, HR Operating Model, building better Employee Experience and improving decision making through Analytics. Chris loves to cook for friends and family and enjoys a good glass of wine. Every day is another day to learn. As a young child Chris was read a lot of books by Dr Seuss. His favourite was ‘Horton Hatches the Egg – and his most liked quote is ‘I meant what I said and I said what I meant – an elephant’s faithful one hundred percent.’

Sean Beacham | Client Executive Director at LACE Partners

Sian is an HR Transformation specialist and global programme director with over 25 years of experience. Before Sian joined LACE as an Executive Director in May 2022, she worked at Accenture and IBM and has held a number of senior client-side programme director roles at large global organisations. Sian has delivery execution experience across the full HR scope and lifecycle from strategy and design through to delivery, adoption and business case realisation.

Daniel Balshaw | Director, HR Transformation at Oracle

Daniel is a forward thinking, employee experienced focused product leader, specialising in HR technology selection and implementation. A proven ability to deliver and own complex, time-bound projects across a variety of products, Daniel has over 13 years experience in HR technology, and 21 years experience in the Retail industry. Daniel has an expertise in HR product management, agile delivery principles, system implementation, project delivery, HR process, and change management.

Rebecca Addison | Senior Manager at LACE Partners

Rebecca joined LACE Partners in July 2021 as a Manager in our HR Technology team. Her experience lies in project and programme management for large technology implementations, with a specialism in HRIS systems. Rebecca is experienced at the full life cycle of HRIS technology implementation from requirement building through vendor selection, implementation and change management through to post go-live support. She has been led a number of key implementations across the charity and public sector, including implementations of Cornerstone and Oracle.
