Liz mentions that while many change managers recognise the importance of analytics, there is often a challenge in interpreting and utilising the data effectively. 

How can analytics be utilised in change management?

Colin explains, data can be gathered upfront to align leadership and gather insights about expectations and outcomes in order to make better business decisions. This allows for course corrections and adjustments throughout the change process, rather than waiting until the end to measure success. 

Where will change and HR be in the upcoming years?

Colin believes that HR is shifting towards becoming custodians of people, human performance, and behavioural science, and highlights the impact HR can have on business outcomes.
