Meet the speakers:
Chris Horton | Director, LACE Partners

Chris joined LACE Partners in April 2021 as a director. He previously worked in both industry (Vodafone, Visa Europe, BP) and management consulting (Accenture). His experience brings together his two passions - people and technology, and how to get the best out of both. He has experience implementing Workday, SAP On –premise, and SuccessFactors and with setting up Shared Services, HR Operating Model, building better Employee Experience and improving decision making through Analytics. Chris loves to cook for friends and family and enjoys a good glass of wine. Every day is another day to learn. As a young child Chris was read a lot of books by Dr Seuss. His favourite was ‘Horton Hatches the Egg – and his most liked quote is ‘I meant what I said and I said what I meant – an elephant’s faithful one hundred percent'.

Sian Beacham | Client Executive Director, LACE Partners

Sian is an HR Transformation specialist and global programme director with over 25 years of experience. Before Sian joined LACE as an Executive Director in May 2022, she worked at Accenture and IBM and has held a number of senior client-side programme director roles at large global organisations. Sian has delivery execution experience across the full HR scope and lifecycle from strategy and design through to delivery, adoption and business case realisation.

Tim Ringo | Client Executive Director, LACE Partners

Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the HR consulting and HR software industry. He is a former senior executive in Accenture, IBM and SAP where he architected and led some of the largest and most successful HR change programs for clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. His background and expertise in HR transformation gives him a unique perspective on how engaged people harnessing smart technology transforms the workplace which he provides to organisations in his books, workshops and speeches as Founder and Managing Director of the digital HR advisory firm TimRingoDOTcom.

Louise Brown | Senior Manager at LACE Partners

Louise is an MCIPD qualified HR professional with a current focus on HR Transformation. Drawing from experience during post-graduate study and previous roles in generalist HR, HR operations and HR transformation, Louise has demonstrated excellent organisational skills and the ability to use initiative to ensure success is achieved.

Andrew Hall, Global Head of P&C Product Management

Andrew is a specialist in HR transformation, technology, change management and employee experience, with experience in working at IBM, Barclays and Deloitte before he joined Philip Morris International.
